The Separated Channel Simultaneous Wireless Power and Data Transmission System Based on Double-Layer Orthogonal DD Coils

In response to the issue of increased cross-coupling between data transmission coils and power transmission coils due to misalignment in the separated channel simultaneous wireless power and data transmission system, which leads to the increase of crosstalk in the system data transmission loop, this paper proposes a method of using double-layer orthogonal DD coils as the data transmission coils, and realizing the insertion and removal of DD coils by the switch, and using the decoupling characteristics between the DD coil and the square coil and the series and anti-series DD coils to offset the crosstalk to reduce the crosstalk in the data transmission channel. This approach ensures that the date transmission coils exhibit robust anti-offset properties within a defined quadrant region. Through simulation, it is validated that the system is capable of reducing the crosstalk in the data transmission channel by series or anti-series connection of DD coils. The simulations demonstrate stable data transmission under conditions of 5 cm misalignment in the x-axis and y-axis directions of the secondary side coupling mechanism, at a power level of 6 kW.
