A 2.0-to-4.9 ppm/°C Bandgap Voltage Reference with Source-Sink Current Compensation for BMIC
This article proposes a bandgap voltage reference (BGR) with source-sink drift dual current compensation, achieving a low temperature coefficient (TC) over the automotive temperature range from -40 to $125{ }^{\circ} \mathrm{C}$ with reduced power consumption. It achieves a best TC of $2.0 \mathrm{ppm} /{ }^{\circ} \mathrm{C}$, and an average consumption current of $44 \mu \mathrm{~A}$ at room temperature. Moreover, it achieves the $0.04 \% / V$ linear sensitivity (LS) and -60 dB power supply ripple rejection (PSRR) at 1 Hz at room temperature.
