A 24V-to-20V Isolated DC-DC Converter with Negative Output Voltage and Continuous Random Spread-Spectrum Modulation Technique
This paper presents a high-efficiency high-voltage isolated DC-DC converter with positive and negative output voltage for powering isolated gate drivers. A continuous random spread-spectrum modulation(C-RSSM) technique is proposed to mitigate the electromagnetic interference (EMI) noise. Simulation results indicate that the proposed C-RSSM technique reduces the peak of EMI noise spectrum by $14.8 \mathrm{~dB} \mu \mathrm{~V}$ which is the most effective among various SSM methods. In addition, the converter achieves a peak efficiency of ${7 2. 5} \%$.
