Research on Key Technologies for Automatic Verification of SCD Files in Intelligent Substations

This article proposes a multidimensional verification technique for intelligent substation SCD files based on the virtual terminal table files of all IED devices exported from SCD configuration files. The SeD files are automatically verified from four dimensions: IED naming conventions, ICD network versions, communication parameters, and virtual circuits of SCD files. This provides reliable technical support for the verification of intelligent substation SCD files and is of great significance for the stable and reliable operation of intelligent substations.
