A Case Study on the Informationization of Science Education in Urban Village Primary Schools from the Perspective of Classroom Ecology
Education informatization plays an important role in promoting educational balance. With the increasing attention to science education, education informatization is gradually integrating into science classrooms to promote the development of science education. However, there still exists the problem of uneven distribution of science education resources, which is even more scarce in urban village primary schools. Due to historical development, geographical location, and other reasons, there are many problems with the informatization development of science classrooms in urban village primary schools. This study adopts a case study of J Primary School in Wuhan Chemical Industry Zone to investigate the development of education informatization in this school from the perspective classroom ecology. The study results show the low level information literacy of the teaching staff, the backwardness of information technology equipment in J Primary School, the shortcomings of informatization in science classrooms, and the weak acceptance of information devices of students. Therefore, educators should pay great attention to improve the education informatization development by establishing assistance policies between local universities and urban village primary schools.
