Application of Passive Wireless Temperature Monitoring Equipment in Temperature Monitoring of 220kV High Voltage Electrical Connection Components

220kV high-voltage electrical coupling components play a key role in the power station outlet field and are an important part of the power transmission system. However, due to the long-term operation process, the connecting parts are susceptible to internal stress, deformation and loosening, oxidative corrosion and foreign body isolation and other factors, resulting in increased contact resistance, abnormal heating, and even equipment failure or damage. Therefore, real-time monitoring of the temperature of the connecting parts has become an important measure to ensure the stable operation of the power system. At present, the application of traditional wired temperature sensors in high-voltage scenarios has problems such as wiring difficulties and inconvenient power supply, while wireless temperature sensors improve flexibility. However, the battery life is limited, and there are frequent maintenance and other deficiencies. This paper presents a temperature monitoring device based on passive wireless technology, which is applied to the temperature monitoring of 220kV high-voltage electrical connection components. The device does not need to rely on battery power supply, and realizes long-term stable operation of temperature sensing terminal through passive wireless technology, which can monitor the temperature change of electrical connection components in real time and accurately.
