Analysis of the Teaching Effect of Higher Mathematics Based on Smart Education Platform in the Context of Digital Education

Taking 91 students of a major in a university as a sample, this paper thoroughly explores the teaching effect of higher mathematics based on the smart education platform in the context of digital education by comprehensively applying various research methods such as correlation analysis, descriptive statistics and regression analysis. The results of the study showed that the smart education platform played a significant role in facilitating the teaching of higher mathematics. Specifically, there was a significant correlation between students' mastery of knowledge points and completion of assignments in online learning and their final grades. The regression model constructed on the basis of these two key indicators can not only effectively predict students' final grades, but also provide academic alerts for teaching, which helps teachers identify problems and take targeted teaching measures in time.
