Analysis and Research on Abnormal of Shore-Ship VoIP Call Forwarding
This paper aims at the issue of call forwarding voice communication in the inter shore ship soft-switch system. Through analysis of signaling data, it was found that the cause of the problem was that the transmission channel mechanism was not supported when there was a change in media resources during the implementation of the soft-switch system's business functions, resulting in abnormal voice communication. Starting from the characteristics of SIP protocol interaction, the mechanism of the problem was analyzed. By changing the transmission channel mechanism to adapt to the media resource changes in the soft-switch system, the problem was effectively solved, thereby ensuring the communication quality of shore ship telephone services.
