Burnout among healthcare professionals (HCPs) during emergencies such as pandemics or wars is a significant concern, driven by excessive workloads, resource limitations, and psychological distress. This article explores the causes and impacts of burnout, evidence-based prevention strategies, and the role of technology and supportive policies in fostering resilience among HCPs.
