PROBLEMS IN THE JURISPRUDENCE OF THE EUROPEAN COURT OF HUMAN RIGHTS CONCERNING THE PROTECTION OF FOREIGNERS AGAINST EXPULSION

The purpose of the analysis is to present the protection against collective expulsion of aliens in the standard formed by the European Court of Human Rights on the basis of the Convention. Attention is paid to the concept of expulsion and collective expulsion in the European Convention on Human Rights and to the conditions for expulsion of aliens in the ECHR standard. The analysis showed that the standard for this protection is in a state of evolution, and only further ECtHR judgments will clarify its nature and scope.
