JUDICIAL PRECEDENT
Judicial precedent cannot be granted the status of a source of law, but neither can one see the impact it has on the way the law is applied and on the shape of the decisions made not only by administrative courts, but also by public administration bodies. “Natural” use of precedent consisting in its inclusion in the normative basis of the court’s decision remains characteristic of the settlement of individual cases that involve a specific subject in a specific factual and legal situation. Nowadays, there is a rise in various forms of institutionalization of precedents, and an excellent example of this is the resolution activity of the Supreme Administrative Court
