THE LEGAL PROVISIONS OF THE CONTROL OF AN EMPLOYEE PERFORMING REMOTE WORK

The study relates to the issue of the control of an employee performing remote work. The issue has been regulated – in the article no. 6728 of the Labour Code, but the regulation is not comprehensive. It is complicated to determine the extent to which the provisions on various forms of employe’s control will apply. The research objective assumed by the author is to indicate the legal conditions of employee’s control, taking into account two aspects – remote control and control performing at the place of remote work.
