Ensuring Personal Psychological Safety in Countering Fraudulent Activities

Since, in modern society, fraud is one of the most common forms of criminal activity that causes significant harm to the economy and undermines trust in public institutions, and the result of fraudulent actions among victims can manifest itself in the form of negative psychophysiological reactions, etc. - this article analyzes, on the one hand, the psychological and legal features of the interaction of fraudsters with victims, on the other hand, the components of the content of the psychological security of the victim of fraudulent actions in cyberspace. Based on the conducted scientific analysis, recommendations are given aimed at the formation of competence in the organization of psychological security of the individual.
