New Suggestion of Highly Durable Electrode Design for Ordered Mesoporous Ni–Mn Binary Transition Metal Oxide Anode Material in Lithium‐Ion Batteries (Small 5/2025)
Lithium-Ion Batteries In article number 2406243, Ravindra N. Bulakhe, Won-Sub Yoon, Ji Man Kim, and co-workers emphasize that a binary transition metal oxide with ordered mesoporous structure exhibits highly durable nanostructure, longer lifespan and high capacity for lithium-ion storage, compared to a single metal oxide anode, based on a design concept where transition metal elements react with lithium ions step by step. Advanced analyses reveal that both elements can act as a complementary nano-propping buffers to maintain stable mesostructure.
