A study on the Role of Advanced Hotel Information System in the Hospitality Industry

This paper presents the development of a Hotel Management System (HMS) utilizing Android technology, offering a mobile-first approach to enhance operational efficiency, user satisfaction, and accessibility. The system automates key hotel operations, including booking management, guest check-ins/outs, room service requests, and billing, providing real-time data and notifications for both guests and staff. This research outlines the system architecture, the development process, and the benefits of using Android as the platform of choice for such systems.
