Omnichannel Marketing Strategies: Bridging the Gap Between Online and Offline Retail Experiences Using DCNN-BiLSTM Technique

Omnichannel marketing, in which several channels are integrated to provide consumers with a consistent service experience, is an essential part of multichannel management, and companies have come to appreciate this. Despite the widespread adoption of omnichannel initiatives, little is known regarding the factors that impact integration quality (INQ) across all channels. The system uses research on omni and multi-channel services to establish and validate the quality dimensions and sub-dimensions of omnichannel integration. The proposed approach incorporates preprocessing, feature selection, and training of the model. The preprocessing step is crucial since the model's accuracy and performance are directly affected by the quality of the training data. In feature selection, words are embedded. The DCNN-BiLSTM model was consistently used throughout the whole training procedure. With a mean accuracy of 92.58%, this innovative method surpasses DCNN and LSTM.
