Analysis of Single Grain Structure and Quality Monitoring of Rice Under High Temperature Stress
High temperature stress affects the physiological and biochemical indicators of rice, and directly affects the quality of rice. This article uses field experiments and laboratory analysis methods to systematically study the structure and quality of single rice grains under high temperature stress. After harvesting, the appearance and internal structure of individual seeds were carefully observed and analyzed using optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. Meanwhile, by combining quality indicators such as grain weight, grain moisture content, starch content, and protein content, the comprehensive impact of high temperature stress on rice grain quality is evaluated. The experimental results show that increasing irrigation has a positive effect on all varieties, especially on the yield and survival rate of varieties A and B. This indicates that appropriate water supplementation is crucial for helping plants resist high temperature stress. This study revealed the mechanism of the impact of high temperature stress on the structure and quality of rice single grains through systematic field experiments and indoor analysis.
