Analysis of Equipment Health Status Based on Vibration Detection Technology
The health status of tobacco equipment is crucial for the normal operation of industrial production and social life. By collecting, processing, and analyzing equipment vibration signals, we can obtain information on the operating status of the equipment, and thus determine its health status. This article analyzes the requirements for a device health monitoring system and designs its hardware and software. The vibration signal acquisition module consists of vibration sensors, signal conditioning circuits, digital signal processors, and data acquisition cards. We choose the CA-YD-185 piezoelectric vibration accelerometer as the sensor for collecting vibration signals. The monitoring service terminal selects the Hilbert transform method to transform and process vibration signals, and extracts equipment status features. The experimental results indicate that vibration detection technology can effectively detect faults and abnormalities in tobacco equipment, providing important reference for equipment maintenance and management. This system can monitor the status of tobacco equipment based on changes in equipment vibration signals, and is suitable for practical applications in tobacco equipment operation and maintenance.
