Performance Analysis of Cooperative Relay Networks Under Strategic Eavesdropping: A Machine Learning Perspective
In this paper, we discuss how a sine wave simulation affects signal integrity and the eavesdropping effect, that is, why an eavesdropper can extract only a clean sine wave out of it. The results suggest that minor perturbations in the system can degrade communication quality significantly, underscoring how even benign interference should be mitigated for secure signal transmission. This initial study highlights the importance of enforcing strong security in communication networks, as well as laying the ground for further research on more intricate eavesdropping scenarios that go beyond these simplified assumptions with the ultimate goal being to gain a deeper understanding and countermeasure against wiretap problems faced by different types of communication systems.
