A evolução dos programas de integridade sob a ótica do Empresa Pró-Ética

The Empresa Pró-Ética is an initiative aimed at promoting the voluntary adoption of integrity prac­tices through the assessment of specific requirements, whether they are legal or best practices. This study’s main objective is to address its historical evolution and implemented modifications, in order to evaluate what an ideal integrity program would look like from this perspective. To achieve this, a comparative study of the main pillars, requirements, and documents demanded throughout its editions is conducted. There is a noticeable continuous improvement in the required criteria, as well as adaptations made over time, which reflect expectations regarding what constitutes an effective integrity program.
