Peregrino 4D seismic modelling: A new IOR perspective after 13 years of production
A geophysical reservoir monitoring (GRM) feasibility study was performed by a multidisciplinary team from the Peregrino asset and Equinor specialists. The objective was to deliver a robust and conclusive business case for the Peregrino 4D seismic survey. Based on 4D modelling studies and Equinor GRM best practices, there are strong indications that production-induced changes in Acoustic Impedance (AI) should be detectable from 2025 and onwards.
