A CLÍNICA DA ATIVIDADE E OS CRITÉRIOS DO TRABALHO BEM-FEITO
The article presents a case from an intervention in the clinic of activity. The collective analysis of the activity culminates in the construction of a generic rule regarding the criteria for well-done work. This rule enables the achievement of quality in health monitoring while simultaneously reducing the wear and tear on professionals performing the activity. We present the dialogues produced during the intervention, the linguistic analysis of the excerpts, and their discussion based on the theory of the clinic of activity. The study shows how the collective analysis of work activity enables the development of professional agency.
