Fault Line Selection of Resonant Grounding System Based on VMD and Genetic Simulated Annealing FCM Algorithm
In this paper, a method of single-phase grounding fault line selection based on high frequency energy proportion of zero sequence current and polarity clustering is proposed. According to the energy proportion of the high frequency components of zero sequence current extracted by VMD in the first 1/4 cycle, and combined with the first half-wave polarity of zero sequence current, a synthetic feature matrix is constructed to characterize the fault characteristics of transient zero-sequence current. The fault lines are identified by genetic simulated annealing Fuzzy C-means clustering(FCM) algorithm without threshold setting. Using RTDS/ RSCAD to build a 10kV distribution network system model, different fault conditions are simulated and tested. The results show that the method can achieve accurate and reliable line selection for the possible influencing factors in engineering practice.
