E-Recruitment: Transformation, Challenges, And Future Directions in Talent Acquisition

The rapid evolution of technology has transformed the recruitment landscape, with e-recruitment emerging as a pivotal component of modern human resource management. This study examines the impact of e-recruitment on candidate experience, diversity, and inclusion, highlighting the benefits and challenges associated with its adoption. A comprehensive literature review reveals significant research gaps in this area. Need of comparative analysis across different sectors is also observed.
