ECONOMIC NOTES / ՏՆՏԵՍԱԳԻՏԱԿԱՆ ԼՈՒՍԱՆՑԱՆՇՈՒՄՆԵՐ
Since ancient times, social scientific thought has pondered over the ways of society, trying to outline an inner progress towards a more perfect one. Regarding that trajectory, Max Born, one of the classics of natural science of the 20th century, has the following remark: "I have studied the philosophers of all ages and have come across many brilliant ideas in their works, but I have been unable to discern any steady progress towards a deep knowledge or understanding of the nature of things." This was especially manifested in countries transitioning to a market economy, leaving the objective knowledge of the ongoing processes to the logic of solutions arising from the moment. In this sense, the discussions in the literature regarding "sustainable development" and artificial intelligence are also considered. A separate theory section is devoted to Roger Bootle's work "Artificial Intelligence and the Economy", in which the author's arrangement of thought comes to the following: because we do not know enough about the functional importance of artificial intelligence on the economy and society, therefore it is necessary to actively encourage the development of artificial intelligence and leave the market to "do its job".
