PENGARUH MODEL PROJECT BASED LEARNING TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN GEOGRAFI

The Project Based Learning model is very closely related to improving student learning outcomes. Where through this model encourages students to learn actively, creatively, and collaboratively through real projects that are relevant to students' lives. So that students are able to connect theory with direct practice and have a positive impact on learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Project Based Learning model on student learning outcomes in geography subjects for class XI at SMAN 1 Talun. The research design is Quasi Experimental, with pre-test post-test control group design. The subjects of this study were students of class XI B SMAN 1 Talun. Class B1 as the control class, while class B2 as the experimental class with 34 students per class. Data collection techniques were obtained from essay questions through validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique used the independent sample t-test with a sig level of 0.05 using SPSS 25.0. The average post-test score in the experimental class reached 86, with an N-Gain Score test of 62.4%, while the control class showed an average post-test score of 74 and an N-Gain Score of 38%. Based on the t-test results, the Sig (2-tailed) is 0.000 < 0.05.
