The Dark Side of the Hospitality Industry: Workplace Bullying and Employee Well-Being with Feedback Avoidance as a Mediator and Psychological Safety as a Moderator
This paper enhanced our understanding of the dark side of the hospitality industry, specifically workplace bullying, by highlighting the key role of information dynamics about bullying in the workplace and the role of psychological safety in shaping overall employee well-being.
