A Study on the Inflammatory Response of the Brain in Neurosyphilis (Adv. Sci. 5/2025)
Neurosyphilis In article number 2406971, Ling Leng, Jun Li, and co‐workers reveal the mechanisms of inflammation and immune‐mediated brain injury in patients with Neurosyphilis. By combination of proteomic and scRNA sequencing analysis, researchers identified Toll‐like/NF‐κB signaling as the key pathway involved in central nervous system damage in Neurosyphilis and further verified the damaging effects of peripheral inflammatory cells on the brain using organoids.
