Resensitizing β‐Lactams by Reprogramming Purine Metabolism in Small Colony Variant for Osteomyelitis Treatment (Adv. Sci. 5/2025)
Small Colony Variant The phenotypic instability of small colony variants (SCVs) complicates investigating their role in osteomyelitis. Min Ge, Yunfeng Chen, and co‐workers clarified the pathogenic mechanism of clinically isolated SCVs with hpt mutations and proposed a nanomedicine system for co‐delivering antibiotics to treat SCV‐associated osteomyelitis.
