Malignant melanoma arising in a sebaceous naevus leading to the discovery of a pathogenic germline <i>MUTYH</i> mutation: a case report
We report here the fourth case (to our knowledge) of malignant melanoma arising in a sebaceous naevus, in a context of parotid gland adenocarcinoma under treatment. The originality of this case is that genomic analysis revealed a germline biallelic MUTYH mutation despite no history of personal or familial MUTYH-spectrum cancer. Moreover, this condition is seldom associated with melanoma.
