Psychoeducation in Students of Jeron Elementary School with Behavioral Disorders Using the Application ff Token-U Technique

This study aims to analyze the application of the Economic-U Token technique in psychoeducation in students of SDN Jeron Boyolali who experience behavioral disorders. Behavioral disorders in elementary school children can be in the form of aggression, hyperactivity, or the inability to follow the rules and norms applied in the school environment. Effective treatment of this behavior disorder is very important so that students can adapt well to educational and social environments. One approach that has proven effective in changing children's behavior is to use positive reinforcement systems, such as the U-Economy Token, which is designed to promote positive behavior through the provision of tokens that can be exchanged for rewards or rewards.This study uses an experimental method with a pretest-posttest design to assess changes in student behavior after the application of the U-Economy Token technique. The subject of the study was a student of SDN Jeron Boyolali, who was identified as having a pretest-posttest design to assess changes in student behavior after the application of the U-Economy Token technique. In this study, students were given the opportunity to earn tokens every time they showed positive behavior that was in accordance with mutually agreed rules. The collected tokens can then be redeemed for rewards or fun activities.The results of the study show that the application of the Economy-U Token technique is effective in increasing students' positive behavior, reducing the frequency of aggressive and destructive behavior, and improving social interaction between students, classmates and teachers. In addition, students showed improvement in their ability to follow the rules and increased engagement in learning activities.
