Efficient Smart Aeroponic Cultivation and Monitoring System Through Internet of Things
A cutting-edge method for growing plants without soil and with little water called aeroponics. The system is made up of two chambers within a structure; the plant with its stem and leaves will be in the top room, and the plant’s root will be exposed to a mist created by the nutritional solution in the bottom chamber. A Raspberry Pi will be the central controller for this system; it will automate operations and record various factors including humidity, pH, and temperature. Grow lights will be used to provide energy to the plant in place of the sun. The user will be able to monitor the system via an Android app that is interfaced with the microcontroller This will allow the application to receive real-time data and alert the user when any of the parameters are no longer appropriate for the plant. Additionally, the user has control over the mist, timing, and misters
