FUNCTIONAL DEFICITS ASSOCIATED WITH DARK WITHOUT PRESSURE

Previous descriptions of DWP have described it as a benign retinal finding showing no functional deficits. We demonstrate that DWP can be associated with progressive visual complaints showing decreased retinal sensitivity on microperimetry and undetected with Humphrey visual field 24-2 testing.
