A STUDY ON THE IMPACT OF SPIRITUAL LEADERSHIP ON EMPLOYEE JOB PERFORMANCE FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF EMPLOYEES
This study adopts the literature research method to systematically search and analyze relevant research literature at home and abroad. We systematically combed through spiritual leadership literature published in databases like Web of Science and CNKI from 2000 to 2024, analyzing the relationship between core concepts like spiritual leadership, psychological capital, employee performance, and personality traits. The study found that: (1) Existing studies have shown that spiritual leadership can effectively improve employee performance through vision transmission, hope motivation, and altruistic care; (2) Relevant literature supports that psychological capital plays an important mediating role in the relationship between spiritual leadership and employee performance; (3) Literature analysis shows that employees with different personality traits have different responses to spiritual leadership. The theoretical contribution of this study is that it systematically integrates the existing research results in the field of spiritual leadership and clarifies its mechanism of action. The practical implication is that when enterprises implement spiritual leadership, they need to consider the individual differences of employees and adopt policies tailored to their needs. The future research direction is to conduct empirical research to verify the theoretical framework proposed in this study.
