Determinação de parâmetros da qualidade da água, presença de agrotóxicos e água residuária do café no entorno de uma pequena propriedade cafeeira em Varre-Sai-RJ.

Water quality in Varre-Sai in the state of Rio de Janeiro is an important topic for its inhabitants and public managers, ensuring safe and drinking water is essential for human and environmental health. The objective of this work was to analyze water quality parameters such as: presence of Namoniacal, total phosphorus, Potassium, BOD5.20, COD, pH, Turbidity, Conductivity and Salinity. In addition to carrying out analysis for the presence of pesticides and physical-chemical parameters in the liquid coffee residue. The values ​​obtained in CONAMA resolution 357/2005 and Ministry of Health ordinance nº 888 were included. It was verified whether the detected levels were within the tolerable limit in both legislations, in the respective five collection points, in addition to the physical and chemical parameters of the effluent. liquid from coffee processing and its fertility level, in addition to detecting the association of pesticide molecules. It was concluded that despite the low concentrations of nutrients and pesticides found, constant monitoring of water in the region and recommendation of using the liquid effluent for direct use in the field after biostabilization is suggested.
