Multicompartment Polyion Complex Micelles Based on Triblock Polypept(o)ides Mediate Efficient siRNA Delivery to Cancer‐Associated Fibroblasts for Antistromal Therapy of Hepatocellular Carcinoma (Adv. Mater. 41/2024)

siRNA co-Delivery With a novel identified target of cancer-associated fibroblast-derived microfibrillar-associated protein 5 (MFAP-5), ABC-triblock copolymer based multicompartment polyion complex micelle (PICM) deliver siRNA against MFAP-5 and the cationic amphiphilic drug desloratadine simultaneously. The codelivery of desloratadine facilitates intracellular siRNA delivery, resulting in knockdown of MFAP-5 and significantly reduce tumor burden in a mice model of hepatocellular carcinoma.
