Perfecționarea tehnologiei de producere a vinurilor albe seci obținute din soiurile de selecție nouă Viorica, Floricica, Riton și Legenda

The technological potential of new selected grape varieties for the production of quality dry white wines was studied. The physico-chemical composition of dry white wines obtained from new selected grape varieties: Viorica, Floricica, Riton and Legenda, under microvinification conditions, was studied at the Scientific and Practical Institute of Horticulture and Food Technologies of the Republic of Moldova, according to different schemes technological. As a result of the research, the optimal technological regimes for each variety were selected and the technological instruction for the manufacture of treated raw material wines and dry white wines „Floricica”, „Legenda”, „Viorica”, „Riton” was developed (IT MD 40582515-125:2022).
