Correlations between quantitative features Bee-pollinated cucumber hybrids
Data on the determination of correlations between the main economically valuable characteristics of the initial forms and F1 hybrids in film greenhouses (spring-summer and summer rotations) and open field (in the spreading and on the trellis) are presented. It was found that in many parameters of the signs, different values of correlation coefficients were revealed depending on the growing conditions and the test lines, which is consistent with the research of many prominent scientists. A pronounced correlation was shown between whole fruit and gherkin fruit – fraction 5,1–7,0 cm both when growing in solariums and in unprotected land indifferent of time of cultivation. At the same time an average correlation was established between early production and total production both during spring-summer cultivation both during summerautomn cultivation.
