Armonizarea actelor normative din domeniul vitivinicol și al producției alcoolice – prioritate în aderarea Republicii Moldova la Uniunea Europeană

The Republic of Moldova, as a candidate country for accession to the European Union, as well as due to the necessity of implementing the Moldova–European Union Association Agreement, prioritizes the harmonization and alignment of its existing regulatory frame work with the community one. Harmonization of normative acts is a continuous process and is carried out gradually. This article summarizes the latest modifications made to the normative acts in the vital sector for the national economy, such as the wine and alcoholic beverage industry, by incorporating the recent changes made to community legislation. It highlights specific aspects and provisions regarding the amendment of normative acts that regulate the legal norms of the wine sector as well as the production of alcoholic beverages, specifically related to the Law on Vine and Wine No 57/2006 and the Law on the Production and Circulation of Ethyl Alcohol and Alcoholic Products No 1100/2000. To ensure the implementation of an efficient transposition mechanism, provisions from community legislation have also been incorporated into the normative acts for the enforcement of the specified laws, such as government resolutions specific to the field.
