Report on the Ninth Shanghai International Air Law Forum: Celebrating the Tenth Anniversary of the Shanghai International Aviation Court of Arbitration (SIACA), Held at Shanghai, China, on 15 October 2024

This report provides an overview of the Ninth Shanghai International Air Law Forum, which was held at the Jin Jiang Hotel, Shanghai, China, on 15 October 2024. The Forum focused on the theme of ‘A Decade of Joining-Hands, Pilotage for the Future’, celebrating the tenth anniversary of the Shanghai International Aviation Court of Arbitration (SIACA) and the first anniversary of the Air Silk Road Investment and Trade Dispute Resolution Centre (ASR ITDRC).
