Identifying business needs, their integration, and the creation of new curricula in Vocational Training. The role of SSFAE, Thematic & Experimental SAEKs, and KEEKs

This document explores the identification of business needs in Greece and the integration of these needs into new training programs. It emphasizes the importance of the Regional Councils for the Connection with Production and the Labor Market (SPAE) and the Thematic & Experimental Higher Vocational Training Schools (SAEK), as well as the creation of the new Centers for Vocational Education and Training (KEEK) and Thematic Research Institutes of Vocational Education and Training (THEIEK), which can function as experimental centers for the creation of new study guides. Reference is also made to the upgrading of vocational training with the renaming of the Vocational Training Institutes to Higher Vocational Training Schools.
