Implementation of Single Sign On (SSO) Technology on the SMART JABAR Portal Based on the Principles of Electronic Based Government System

E-Government is a model of government system based on the power of digital technology. The form of Indonesia's seriousness in improving public services based on the use of information and communication technology is Presidential Regulation No. 95 of 2018 concerning Electronic-Based Government Systems (SPBE) where the principles of SPBE must be implemented with the principles of Effectiveness, Integrity, Sustainability, Efficiency, Accountability, Interoperability and Security. However, the impact that occurs in West Java can be seen with the increasing number of Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) in building their own applications. With such conditions, ASN employees in West Java must create an account on each application owned by the Regional Apparatus, which is certainly not effective. By implementing SSO technology or it can be called Single Sign-on, ASN employees only need to enter their NIK and password to connect directly to various applications within the West Java Provincial Government.
