Survey on the Status and Satisfaction of Home Visit Occupational Therapy Services for Adults With Disabilities: Focusing on the Cheonan and Asan Regions
This study aimed to provide foundational data for support projects by evaluating the service status and user satisfaction of home visit occupational therapy services. The study included 40 individuals with disabilities aged ≥20 years who had received services for 6 months. Participants had no communication barriers, and informed consent was obtained before participation. Surveys were administered by three pre-trained investigators through home visits to the service recipients. Although 40 surveys were initially investigated, 39 were included in the final analysis due to one incomplete response. Data analysis involved frequency analysis, multiple response frequency analysis, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis. The average overall score for service quality was 4.68, while user satisfaction averaged 4.70. Correlation analysis revealed that service reliability strongly correlated with user satisfaction, followed by responsiveness, empathy, certainty, and tangibility. However, the analysis of influencing factors identified no significant positive influences, indicating that satisfaction with home visit occupational therapy services may be shaped by multiple variables.
