THE ART OF EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES MANAGEMEN

The article outlines the phenomenon of the art of educational activities management in the challenges of today based on the synthesis of artistic, psychological and pedagogical, managerial, philosophical training, and many years of experience in higher education. The processes of changes in the interpretation of pedagogical education are analyzed, in particular, from the training of teachers of different levels and degrees to the formation of the pedagogical component of professional education. The art of management is defined as the highest form of achieving professional mastery, a form of reflection, cognition, comprehension and solution of a specific problem situation due to a high level of education, creativity, interpretation of management science and the implementation of positive experience, creativity, aesthetic, emotional culture, etc. It is emphasized that the art of management is a model of successful managerial activity, leading to the improvement of its subjects. The relationship between art and power is highlighted, which also constitutes an interesting vector of research, since art is a symbol of status in society. Speaking about the aestheticization of higher education in the context of the art of management, the relevance of aesthetic training of young specialists, the importance of their general culture, national consciousness, and readiness to adequately represent their country at the international level are substantiated. The importance of forming a modern successful manager-leader based on a cultural-creative approach is emphasized, according to which the epicenter of education is a person of culture.
