IMPROVED METHODOLOGICAL IMPROVEMENTS BEFORE THE FORECASTED DEVELOPMENT OF HIGH-TECHNOLOGICAL ENGINEERING

The article analyzes modern methods and models used to predict the development of high-tech weapons. The features of high-tech weapons are considered, which will determine the justification of the choice of methods and models for predicting its development. Conducting an analysis of the patterns of development of scientific and technological progress and the promotion of its results in the sector of technical equipment of the armored forces of the leading edges of the world, showing that the current world has the production of high-tech, Innovative development is most often confirmed as a primary factor in the development of the economy of the region. The current state of the scientific and methodological apparatus for forecasting the development of weapons and military equipment has been analyzed, and its main shortcomings have been identified. The known general methods for forecasting the development of weapons and military equipment have been grouped, which can be used to forecast the development of high-tech weapons. The dialectical unity of methods for forecasting the development of high-tech weapons with forecasting models has been shown. The main models for forecasting the development of high-tech weapons have been presented and their methodological connection with groups of methods has been shown. It has been demonstrated that methods are tools for developing, testing and refining models, and models are structured implementations of forecasts for the development of high-tech weapons, which are created on the basis of methods. Based on the results of the analysis of the existing scientific and methodological apparatus for forecasting the development of weapons and military equipment, the requirements for modern methods and models for forecasting the development of high-tech weapons have been substantiated. Areas in which the analysis of forecasting the development of the most promising and science-intensive developments is a priority have been roughly determined. The conclusion is made about the need for further improvement of models and methods for forecasting the development of high-tech weapons in order to take into account its features, the level and prospects for the development of innovative technologies and artificial intelligence technologies.
