PROSPECTIVE MODEL OF INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC AND SCIENTIFIC-TECHNICAL COOPERATION IN THE INTERESTS OF THE ARMED FORCES OF UKRAINE

Taking into account the experience of Ukraine’s resistance to the armed aggression of the russian federation since 2014, the support of partners is crucial. The trust of partner countries can be caused by a number of factors, one of which is effective scientific and scientific-technical cooperation in the interests of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. As a result, the security and defense sector of Ukraine must and must systematically update the organization, planning and implementation of scientific and scientific-technical cooperation in accordance with the requirements of modernity and the experience of partner countries in this direction. The work presents the results of the analysis of the purpose and tasks of the current advisory and advisory bodies of the state, in the system of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, the main partner states, their interrelationships and coordinating actions, the main principles of activity, the model of scientific and scientific and technical cooperation of Ukraine is summarized and formed with partner countries in the interests of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which currently exists, proposals are given for priority measures to organize cooperation and coordination of actions with the NATO Science & Technology Organization (STO), a perspective model of scientific and scientific and technical cooperation of Ukraine with partner countries is built, priority measures for effective cooperation in the field of international scientific and scientific-technical cooperation in the interests of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have been determined, namely: identification and authorization by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of a national coordinator for the organization of interdepartmental interaction within the state and international cooperation with partner countries; formation of a network of independent experts-specialists in the military sphere in various scientific areas and fields of knowledge (with a high degree of scientific and technical affinity to the main areas of activity of the Science & Technology Board STO); the appointment of national representatives for direct cooperation on a permanent basis with the expert committees of the II level of the NATO Science &Technology Organization; creation of a separate consultative and advisory center in the Armed Forces of Ukraine for the implementation and implementation of international scientific and scientific-technical cooperation in the interests of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
