Reflection of Separate Provisions of the General Part of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation in Provisions of Its Special Part as a Violation of System Coherence: A Dialogue and a Discussion

The article is devoted to the study of the reflection in the norms of the Special part of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation of certain provisions of its General part through the prism of violation of systemic coherence. The authors, having chosen the form of presentation of the material in the form of a dialoguediscussion, consistently express their own point of view on various aspects of the representation in articles of the Special part of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation of norms on organization, incitement, aiding and abetting an unfinished crime (name, criminal law assessment, construction). In conclusion, conclusions are drawn on these aspects, the problem of imperfection of general regulations on the types of accomplices in crime and the institution of an unfinished crime, the need for their modernization is noted.
