Challenging Issues of the Law Enforcement Practice in Cases on Crimes Stipulated by Art. 264.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation

The article examines the problems of law enforcement practice in cases of crimes under Article 2642 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, identified as a result of the analysis of convictions. The author formulates recommendations for the law enforcement officer, compliance with which will ensure the fairness of the imposed punishment.
