Analysis of China's grain production from the perspective of food security and suggestions for increasing grain production
Grain production is directly related to the basic supply capacity of national grain and is the cornerstone of national food security. Based on the thinking of national food security strategy, according to the grain production situation in China, the total grain production of China is selected as the dependent variable, and the sown area of grain crops, irrigated area of arable land, employment of primary industry, total power of agricultural machinery, and application amount of agricultural fertilizers are taken as independent variables. The data are processed by MATLAB software, and the model between grain production and various influencing factors is constructed by multiple linear regression method. The influencing factors of grain production are analyzed, and the prediction accuracy of the model is tested with actual data, and the experimental results are analyzed. On this basis, this paper puts forward some suggestions for increasing grain production from the actual situation of grain production in China.
