Relevant Issues of the Criminal Law Policy in the Illegal Migration Combating Sphere

The article is devoted to the trends in the development of criminal law policy in the field of countering illegal migration. Based on the analysis of judicial practice, the author concludes that special attention from law enforcement agencies is needed to verify compliance with legislation regulating the organization and conduct of the exam in Russian as a foreign language, the history of Russia and the basics of legislation of the Russian Federation. At the same time, the article makes suggestions for improving the regulatory regulation of the organization of such activities and law enforcement practice.
